Rennai is a master of creative deal structure and financing which has resulted in over 3 million dollars of personal real estate deals to date.
Most recently Rennai dove head first into the short term rental (Airbnb) culture and has quickly become a go to expert in the field. She currently has 21 properties under management making her one of Tallahassee's most influential players within the Airbnb space.
